2. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1 – 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

https://clothologyglobal.co.in/ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

https://clothologyglobal.co.in/ has 15 days Return Policy that gives you the option to return the product within 15 days from the delivery date under the circumstances mentioned below. We request you not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

In case the customer receives a defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.

In case the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges up to ₹100 are 100% refundable if the customer receives defective/wrong product(s).

Note: We suggest you select ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service rather than using other courier companies. Speed Post is a government-owned entity that operates India’s largest postal network and it is totally reliable.
