How do I place an Order?

Follow these steps to quickly place the order:

  • 1. At Home Page (www.clothologyglobal.co.in) or Top Left corner you can explore the Categories. Select your favorite category and start adding the products in the cart with a single click.
  • 2. After adding products, Click on “My Cart/Add To Cart” and proceed to Checkout.
  • 3. You can Checkout by Creating Account/Signin or via Guest User (Fill Correct Shipping Details for Accurate Tracking of your order).
  • 4. Click on “Continue to Payment”. Select your preferred Payment Gateway, Pay the Amount, and Confirm Your Order.
  • 5. You will receive the Confirmation Email And Whatsapp once the order is successfully placed.

I've tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened to my money/that amount?

Don’t worry Sir/Maa’m we will help you in every possible way. We request you to check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your amount has been debited after a payment failure, it will get automatically reverse back by the respective bank within 7-10 business days. What are the terms and conditions for the refund?

Post the return your refund will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been picked up and passed through quality inspection.

For Prepaid orders refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment made within 7 – 10 working days.

For cash on delivery orders refund can be processed Through NEFT to the bank account given by you within 3 – 5 Business working days.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

The refund will be settled in your account within 48 Hrs from the initiated date. But if you didn’t receive the refund then please contact your Bank once.

Order Cancellation

What is Clothology Global’s Cancellation Policy? :

  • 1.You can cancel the order within 24 hours of the duration of placing the order.
  • 2.You just have to raise a cancellation request for your order(s) With ID through whatsapp/mail
  • 3.We’ll send you a confirmation e-mail to the registered e-mail address.
  • 4.If the order is prepaid Refund process will take 7-10 business working days.

Please Note: Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then the customer can raise the return request.

What should I do if my payment fails?

What is The Return Policy?

Clothology Global has 15 days Return Policy that gives you the option to return the product within 15 days from the delivery date under the circumstances mentioned below. We request you not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

In case the customer receives a defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.

In case the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges up to ₹100 are 100% refundable if the customer receives defective/wrong product(s).

Note: We suggest you select ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service rather than using other courier companies. Speed Post is a government-owned entity that operates India’s largest postal network and it is totally reliable.

Please Note: All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
